What does the Journey Entail?
This program is designed to gently guide you back into rhythm — not by adding more to your plate, but by offering grounded, meaningful support to carry you through Autumn into Winter.
Each Sunday, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated bundle of resources delivered through email.
A medley of:
~Printable recipes & shopping lists for seasonal nourishment
~Guided meditations and audio reflections
~Journal prompts, inspiration, and simple rituals to ground your week
~Gentle reminders to soften, listen, and care for yourself
We’ll gather live every Sunday from 4–5pm (EST) for a medley of conversation, seasonal insight, and grounding ritual — a soul-filled way to nourish and explore to open to a new week.
Then, mid-week, we meet again for a Wednesday evening wind-down — a nourishing 30-minute call from 7–7:30pm (EST), like a serenade to sleep. think gentle breath, light reflection, and something quiet to carry you into the rest of the week.
Everything is designed to support you traveling through the seasons, and not to overwhelm you.
The tools are here for you. You can engage as fully or as gently as you need.

Meet the Guide

Kate Strakosch
Founder of The Intimacy Doula & Sunshine Kates's
Kate is an embodied guide and founder of Sunshine Kate’s Wellness Center in New Jersey, dedicated to supporting women’s vitality and wholeness through a deeply integrative, whole-body approach. Since 2003, she has immersed herself in extensive study and practice across nutrition, herbal medicine, somatic therapy, sacred sexuality, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, hormonal health, movement therapies, and intimacy education—bringing over two decades of evolving expertise to her transformative work.
Her personal healing journey, marked by chronic hormonal imbalance, pelvic pain, and emotional disconnection, ignited her commitment to a multidimensional understanding of wellness that honors the intricate interplay between body, mind, and energy.
Kate’s education includes a degree in whole-foods nutrition from Bastyr University, esthetics training, and advanced certifications as a trauma-informed somatic educator, certified yoni practitioner, erotic somatic educator, and intimacy guide for both women and men.
Since 2015, Kate has led immersive retreats, workshops, and one-on-one coaching that empower women to reclaim their bodies, release stored trauma, balance hormones naturally, cultivate nervous system resilience, and awaken their embodied sensuality and creative power. Her work embraces the full feminine experience—from hormonal shifts and sexual empowerment to deep somatic healing and nervous system restoration.
With compassion and grounded wisdom, Kate guides each person toward a profound and sustaining partnership with their body, inviting transformation that goes beyond symptom relief to foster lasting vitality, confidence, and inner harmony.
